Ticketing:
Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable and cannot be canceled, even in case of loss or theft. Their resale is prohibited. Tickets are only valid for the day and performance indicated and must be kept by the audience for the entire performance. It is recommended to occupy your seat at least 15 minutes before the start of the event. Please allow time to reach the park from the parking lot. No modification of the performance, such as its interruption after the intermission or halfway through its duration, will result in a refund. In case of cancellation due to an event beyond our control, your tickets will automatically be rescheduled for another date. If it does not suit you, please contact us by email at info@nocturnales.be to choose another date (if possible) or establish a customer account for the order value, except in case of force majeure. If rescheduling the performance is not possible, your customer account will be automatically created. In any case, no full or partial refund will be made. This ticket must be presented to the controllers and any official member who requests it. In case of automated control, the first scanned ticket will be considered the valid ticket. Tickets are nominative, and a valid official identification may be required during checks, including for children. A search may also be conducted; please cooperate. Any object that may pose a danger to the public will not be accepted. Please avoid bulky bags or large backpacks. Picnics, beverages, and alcoholic drinks are prohibited, except for water. The holder of this ticket assumes all responsibilities regarding the risks, dangers, nature, and content of the event for which it grants access. By receiving the ticket, the holder waives any claim for compensation, regardless of the reason, against the venue, the organizers, and any third parties involved in the planning or organization.
