Campsite Rules

The camper is personally responsible for any damage or accidents caused, and is also responsible for the actions of those camping with them. All persons staying at the campsite must respect morality and public tranquility, and observe decency and good manners. The use of sanitary facilities/showers is limited to 1 cabin per family. Every user should be careful not to dirty the sanitary/shower areas and to leave them clean after use, ensuring that everyone can use them in the best conditions. Therefore, it is imperative to remove shoes before accessing these areas. Wearing shoes is strictly prohibited inside the tents and shower areas. In case of non-compliance and obvious dirt resulting from wearing shoes, a fee of €50 to €100 may be retained to cover cleaning or replacement of floor mats. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside tents and sanitary areas. In case of damage observed in tent areas, the deposit may be partially or completely retained. The amount withheld will be determined by the organizer. In case the bedding has been damaged, the entire deposit will be retained as compensation. The mattresses are covered with protection, but additional mattress protectors are available in each tent, and the user should use them if necessary. The basic rental of a tent is for 2 people, campers may choose to occupy either the double bed or the 2 single beds. If you rent a tent for 3 people, you can only occupy 3 beds, either the double bed and 1 single bed. In case of occupancy of all 3 beds, a supplement will be requested and retained from the deposit. Tents are available from 4:00 pm for check-in and must be vacated on the day of departure between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Breakfasts must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. Breakfasts contain gluten and lactose and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions.

Respect for the Site and Other Campers It is strictly forbidden (with the risk of immediate exclusion) to abandon your waste on the ground. Garbage bags are provided free of charge. It is prohibited for campers to damage the ground. Any action of degradation committed against vegetation, fences, land, or installations will be the responsibility of the perpetrator, who will have to pay for the cost of repairs. Appropriate behavior and dress are required. Quiet on the site must be respected between 1:00 am and 7:00 am.

Prohibited on the Site

Pets, except guide dogs for the visually impaired. Any narcotic product Hookahs, shishas – Unsealed bottles Any type of fire exceeding the size of a lighter flame (candles, burners, and other gas installations) – Generators Tools (wrenches, pliers, shovels). Anyone attempting to climb, open, or damage the infrastructure, or fraudulently introduce objects into the site will be immediately excluded and handed over to law enforcement. Installation of music (sound system). Loud music is not allowed: please respect the sleep of others Commercial activities: campers are not allowed to sell food, drinks, or anything else. Distribution of flyers and other promotional materials is prohibited Sharp objects, blunt objects, and any other material harmful to conviviality are prohibited (knives, fireworks, firecrackers…) Awnings and gazebos or any other tents and shelters If the camper decides to abandon a prohibited item to access the campsite, the organization is in no way obliged to return it to him. Banners, items containing discriminatory and/or provocative messages and/or expressions It is not allowed to enter the domain with cars, motorcycles, trailers, caravans, motorhomes, etc. Parking nearby is provided for this purpose.

Anyone found on the site in possession of any of the aforementioned prohibited items will be immediately excluded from the site, permanently and without reimbursement. Access will be denied to anyone who violates these rules. Offenders may be subject to legal action.

Security Stewards will be permanently present on site and inside the camping area. Do not hesitate to report any problems to them. Despite the presence of security agents, it is impossible to monitor the belongings of each camper. Therefore, never leave valuables in your tent unattended. The organization declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss, or damage to campers’ personal effects.
